On Saturday, May 17th, 2008 Howell Area Parks and Recreation Authority is offering a competitive skate at the Parker Skate Park in memory of Kyle Monson and Matthew Yack. Parker Skate Park is located behind the Howell High School Freshman Campus, 1400 W. Grand River.
All participants should have the skill to compete in their selected category, which include; Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced levels or Trick only. Open skate will begin at 10:00am with events beginning at 11:00am.
Competition Entry fee includes admission, best trick and product toss, cost is $20. Admission only price includes open skate and product toss, cost is $5. Helmets are mandatory! There will be a $5 late fee day of competition.
Music will be provided by DJ Papa Piesz and there will be great prizes!
