Blustery wind and rain pelted the 23 tuba players and 50 audience members Saturday afternoon, but those harsh conditions didn't stop the first-ever Tuba Christmas concert from happening in downtown Howell.
Residents swayed to holiday tunes belted out by volunteer tuba players who performed next to the Livingston County Administration Building.
