Whether you are a seasoned landlord or a wannabe investor, REIAL welcomes you! We meet the second Monday of every month at 6PM (see meeting announcements) at Cleary's Pub in downtown Howell. We meet for dinner and networking at 6PM and have a featured speaker at 7PM. Topics include everything you need to know about investing, from creative financing to legal issues to fix-up ideas. We also provide a well stocked lending library to all of our members, as well as a packet filled with all the legal forms and info you need to get started in real estate investing. And advice is always free! Join us!
